Licensed professional counselors Johanna Dwinells and Sarah Bryski-Hamrick are slowly demystifying and destigmatizing therapy, one episode at a time. Recording and living in the Philadelphia area, Johanna and Sarah work to make therapy feel more accessible, with quirky, sometimes intrusive questions that reveal the human side of healthcare professionals, all while they overcome their own anxieties and internalized stigmas.

Guest Bio: Megan Kelly is a licensed mental health counselor associate in the state of indiana. She graduated from Antioch University, New England in 2019 and has worked in various mental health settings throughout her time in graduate internships and post-grad professional settings. She has experience providing intensive in-home therapy to families using the Multisystemic Therapy model, and is currently working as a private practice therapist in a rural community. Outside of work, she enjoys snuggling her cats, going for walks, practicing yoga, and working on her podcast about burnout called Mental Status.
